The new "regulations" have a total of 16 articles, focusing on the management responsibilities of post comment service providers and the relevant requirements that should be observed by users of post comment service and public account production operators.

The new "regulations" require that the production and operation of public accounts should strengthen the examination and management of the information content of the comments on the accounts, promptly find out the illegal and undesirable information contents in the comments on the accounts, and take necessary measures.

The new "regulations" emphasize that public account production operators can apply for the management rights of the post comment area from the post comment service provider in accordance with the user service agreement. The follow-up comment service provider shall reasonably set up the management authority and provide relevant technical support after evaluating the management of the follow-up comments of the public account production operators.
