Opening of Apple Apple Store Pacific Center flagship store in Vancouver, Canada: attracting a large number of fruit fans waiting in line to visit
CTOnews.com, Nov. 19 (Xinhua)-- Apple's flagship Apple Store Pacific Center store in Vancouver, Canada, officially opened on Friday after a refurbishment, with twice as much space.
Apple says the two-story Apple Store uses 32-foot-high floor-to-ceiling glass and a 45-foot staircase. The first floor is dedicated to retail, while the second floor has a Forum and video wall, which is mainly used for "Today at Apple" activities. The external "Living Wall" of the Apple Store is 40 feet long and is planted with 144 species of native Canadian plants.
CTOnews.com learned that Deirdre O'Brien, senior vice president of retail and personnel at Apple, said:
