CTOnews.com, November 21, according to the National Enterprise Credit Information publicity system, Guangzhou Pengbo Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with the legal representative Xia Heng and a registered capital of 5 billion yuan. The scope of business includes engineering and technical research and test development, auto parts and accessories manufacturing, battery manufacturing and so on. The company is wholly owned by Guangzhou Pengyi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd.

In addition, Guangzhou Pengyi Automotive Technology Co., Ltd., established on October 26 this year, is also represented by Xia Heng, with a registered capital of 5 billion yuan, and is wholly owned by XPeng Power Battery (Hong Kong) Limited.

CTOnews.com learned that Xiaopeng delivered 5101 vehicles in October, down 49.7% from a year earlier. As of October 31, 2022, the annual delivery volume of Xiaopeng reached 103654, an increase of 56 per cent over the same period last year.
