In accordance with the provisions of the Joint restrictive Convention on regulating the parking behavior of users in the Beijing Regional Internet Rental Bicycle Industry, a total of 32 people were included in the "Beijing area illegal parking Joint restriction list" in June this year, which will be made public on August 15.

Among the users on the list, 17 illegally parked on the ring road and the main highway, 11 illegally parked in the no-parking area for more than 3 times, and 4 people committed illegal and criminal acts due to malicious sabotage of shared bikes, private possession of shared bikes, and use of shared bikes, and risk control measures were taken by enterprises. In addition, two people will be restricted to ride for 15 days because of illegal parking for three consecutive months.

For these users who have been included in the restricted cycling list, bike-sharing operators will remind users by SMS, App push and other forms in the same month that they should pay attention to civilized cycling and parking in an orderly manner.

According to reports, the June restricted cycling list tightened the standards of joint restrictions and increased the collection of behaviors such as private occupation of shared bikes and malicious sabotage of risk control measures taken by enterprises. In the future, Beijing will continue to tighten the standards of joint restrictions and cultivate users' habit of civilized cycling and standardized parking.

CTOnews.com learned that as of April 11 this year, more than 85% of the active users of Meituan, Hello and Didi Qingju had agreed and signed the Convention, promising to ride in a civilized manner and park in an orderly manner. Prior to this, 319 people have been added to the list of restricted cycling.
