According to reports, Eco ²OLED is a technology that prevents external light reflection and increases light transmittance by changing the panel stack structure rather than the polarizer.
Eco ²OLED Plus is mainly an improved non-polarization low-power technology compared to last year's Eco ²OLED.
Compared with ordinary OLED, the power consumption of the new display panel can be reduced by 37%, and the light transmittance can be increased by 160%. This upgrade is a technology to further reduce power consumption and improve clarity, which has been applied to Galaxy Z Fold 4.
In addition, UPC Plus is an innovative technology. Samsung said that this technology can really achieve a full screen by eliminating the camera holes in the display panel, and the perceptual resolution is 1.4 times higher than that of the previous "Galaxy Z Fold 3".
