Fido script 1.31 update unblocked by Microsoft, Rufus resumes download Win8 to Win11/10 ISO image download

Fido authors recently released the latest version 1.30 and disabled ISO downloads for all versions of Windows 8 through Windows 11. He said that Microsoft seems to have deliberately let their download server block the download request of this script, and that it may take a long time to solve this problem.
