Microsoft Microsoft Teams added Payments function this month: payment can be easily completed during the meeting.
CTOnews.com, November 24, according to a forecast issued by the Microsoft 365 roadmap page in September this year, the Microsoft Teams app will add a "Payments" payment function this month. However, the scope of application of this feature is still very narrow in the early days of launch.
CTOnews.com learned that Microsoft said that while the payment feature is available on Microsoft Teams on the web, mobile (Android and iOS) and desktop (Mac and PC), the initial launch is limited to users in the United States and Canada.
With regard to the payment function, Microsoft explained: "after connecting to third-party services to implement the payment function, you can ask for payment during the Teams meeting, so that customers can pay you with just a few clicks."
Other features Microsoft announced for launch this month include expanding the selection of emoticons in Teams to 800, late delivery of chat messages, additional approval list filters, and more. In December, other features and improvements will reach the messaging platform, including the long-awaited "Delete chat" option to permanently delete your entire conversation and use the @ mention feature to immediately add new participants to the chat.
