CTOnews.com learned that "Bao Ke Meng: Zhu / Purple" is a popular game that has been launched recently, with sales exceeding 10 million within three days of launch, setting an initial sales record. But behind the hot sales also exposed a lot of problems, of which the most feedback from players is the performance problem.

Although Nintendo did not make a clear statement on the refund of the game, some users successfully got a refund after applying, while others were rejected.
