Equipped with MediaTek Tian Ji 9000 5G chip, high-end brand Tecno announces the new Phantom X2 series.

CTOnews.com November 26 news, the high-end brand Tecno recently announced plans to launch the Phantom X2 series of phones on December 7, 2022. There are two models in the series, Phantom X2 and Phantom X2 Pro, which are confirmed to use MediaTek Dimensity 9000 5G chip to provide flagship performance.

In addition, Tecno also announced the launch of a laptop, the Megabook S, but officials did not disclose any more details about the laptop.

CTOnews.com learned that the phone was announced in an online seminar on the theme of "going High end: smartphone demand shift and Technology drivers" held by TECNO on November 22, describing MediaTek's powerful computing power and superior imaging performance in night shots.

CTOnews.com learned that the original Phantom X phone was equipped with a curved AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, a 4700mAh battery, and a MediaTek Helio G95 processor. Therefore, the performance of the Tianji 9000 5G chip will be greatly improved in the second generation.
