We will thoroughly implement industrial planning, promote the agglomeration and integration of resource elements, guide the rational layout of key areas, enhance the resilience of the industrial chain supply chain, and promote China's new display industry to leap to the middle and high end of the value chain. We will persist in innovation-driven development, make every effort to overcome the key core technologies in the new display field, and speed up the cultivation of new technologies, new products, new business type, and new models. Give full play to the role of display enabling, meet the needs of the development of digital economy, grasp the direction of digitalization, networking and intelligence, and improve the economic development level of display technology empowerment. We will deepen international exchanges and cooperation, promote a high level of opening up to the outside world, continuously improve the market-oriented, legalized and international business environment, and create a new pattern of open development and win-win cooperation.
