Fixed memory leak of domain controller, Microsoft released monthly update summary for Win7 / Win8.1

CTOnews.com, December 14, Patch Tuesday event this month, Microsoft released a summary of monthly updates for Win7 and Win8.1 as well as cumulative updates for Win10 and Win11. The former gets the KB5021291 update, and the latter gets the KB5021294 update, but the update content is basically the same. It is worth noting that only Windows 7 users who have purchased extended Security Update (ESU) support can receive this update.
