CTOnews.com, December 14, according to the release of China Electric Science, the first piece of silicon epitaxy and silicon carbide epitaxy in the new epitaxial material industrial base of Puxing Company, which belongs to electric materials, has been "released" one after another, marking that the new industrial base has entered the stage of trial production and verification.

Electrical materials steadily promote the development of silicon-based epitaxial industry, and actively lay out the R & D and production of the third generation semiconductor epitaxial materials. after construction, the first silicon epitaxy and silicon carbide epitaxy in the new industrial base have been realized recently. in the follow-up, full-size testing and evaluation of new products will be carried out and verification samples will be provided to customers.

CTOnews.com learned that after the project is put into production, it will become the largest R & D and production base for semiconductor epitaxial materials in China, providing strong support for promoting the high-quality development of the semiconductor materials industry, realizing independent innovation of key core technologies, and creating a source of original technology.
