The self-intelligent network aims to provide a zero-wait, zero-contact, zero-failure customer experience for vertical and consumer users through a fully automated network and ICT's intelligent infrastructure, agile operations and panoramic services.
China Mobile divides the self-intelligent network capability into five levels, and a core competence is raised from L1 to L5, which represents that the capability is becoming more and more flexible, agile and adaptable to change, and can better support business development and basic operation and maintenance. Considering the different operation and maintenance scenarios corresponding to the core competencies, China Mobile classifies the core competencies: the capabilities of operation execution and process scheduling take automation as the evolutionary goal; on-site operations, diagnostic analysis, predictive analysis and scheme design evolve to L4-L5-level perceptual intelligence, diagnostic intelligence, predictive intelligence and strategy intelligence, respectively.
L1 online recording: offline manual execution, online recording, generating data, supporting automatic analysis.
L2 solidification rules: solidify expert rules, system execution automatically, rules and functions are not decoupled.
L3 rule decoupling: rules and functions are decoupled, the system provides a rule engine, and rules can be configured flexibly.
L4 rule note: combine expert experience and AI learning ability to generate rules and accelerate rule iteration.
L5 autonomous evolution: fully automatic iteration of rules based on AI deep learning without the participation of experts.
