CTOnews.com December 16 news, BOSS Direct Employment today issued an announcement on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that the company has applied for Class A common shares of the company to be listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in accordance with the Hong Kong listing rules. Class An ordinary shares are listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange only by introduction and no Class An ordinary shares are issued or sold for listing.

BOSS Direct stated in its announcement that trading in Class A common shares is expected to begin on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on Thursday, December 22, 2022.

CTOnews.com learned that BOSS Direct submitted a dual major listing application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in October and plans to list on both the NASDAQ Stock Exchange and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, with Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs as co-sponsors.

According to the prospectus, as of June 30 this year, the average number of monthly active users employed by BOSS was 25.9 million, 100.8 million certified job seekers, 17.2 million certified corporate users and 8.9 million certified enterprises.
