Huawei's new patent can be unlocked through voiceprint

CTOnews.com news on December 19, according to the China Patent announcement of the State intellectual property Office (application no.: CN115484347A), the patent applied by Huawei Technology Co., Ltd. for "a voice control method and electronic equipment" was authorized to be announced.

Abstract shows that the patent relates to the field of multimedia audio technology, which can collect the voice signal of the user and unlock the electronic equipment according to the voice print in the voice signal.

The method includes: receiving the first voice signal; determining the current state of the electronic device; if the electronic device is currently in a locked state, identifying the user corresponding to the first voice signal by the first method; if the electronic device is currently in the unlocked state, using the second method to identify the user corresponding to the first voice signal.
