According to the submitted evidence, the court found that the actual sales volume of the two commodities totaled about 330000 pieces, with a total sales amount of about 4.06 million yuan.

The relevant information court held that the goods sold by the link in the case used the same word "Huawei" as the trademark involved, and the works indicating the origin of the goods constituted trademark use, which constituted an infringement on the exclusive right to use the trademark. In the end, the court ordered Zhang to compensate Huawei for economic losses and reasonable expenses of 403000 yuan.

CTOnews.com learned that this is not the first time Huawei has cracked down on fake headphones. In May this year, Huawei sued the online store for illegally using its trademark and awarded 1 million yuan for selling fake "Huawei" headphones. In April this year, another digital store was awarded 150000 yuan for selling headphones for the brand.
