According to the documents, the plaintiff Huawei claimed that Zhang sold headphones in the online store he operated, and that the title of the two goods, pictures, details of the brand and other places used the word "Huawei", while the actual sales were not "Huawei" brand headphones. its behavior infringes upon the exclusive right to use the Huawei trademark. According to the submitted evidence, the court found that the actual sales volume of the two commodities totaled about 330000 pieces, with a total sales amount of about 4.06 million yuan.

The relevant information court held that the goods sold by the link in the case used the same word "Huawei" as the trademark involved, and the works indicating the origin of the goods constituted trademark use, which constituted an infringement on the exclusive right to use the trademark. In the end, the court ordered Zhang to compensate Huawei for economic losses and reasonable expenses of 403000 yuan.

In May this year, Huawei sued the online store for illegally using its trademark and awarded 1 million yuan for selling fake "Huawei" headphones. In April this year, another digital store was awarded 150000 yuan for selling headphones for the brand.
