CTOnews.com December 22, some iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max users reported that a horizontal line flashed on the iPhone display when the device was turned on, but there was no clear reason or how to fix it.

In Reddit's topic posts, dozens of iPhone 14 Pro users reported that when the device was turned on, one or more green and yellow lines might flash on the screen and disappear after a few seconds. According to these users, Apple support has informed them that the problem is not caused by a hardware defect, but by the wrong Bug of iOS 16.

The problem seems to have started after the iOS 16. 2 update, although some users reported that the problem even occurred on older versions of iOS 16. An Apple engineer told them on the phone that Apple was working on a software patch for the problem, but the details were not clear, according to one user on Reddit.

CTOnews.com has learned that Apple is currently testing the iOS 16.3 system for developers and public testers, but the update is not expected until early next year. The latest official version of iOS 16 is iOS 16.2, which includes several new features, including Apple Music singing, the new boundless app, and so on.
