Asustek launches BR1102 "Student computer": 11.6in flip screen with 4-core N100 processor

Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu in South China for the delivery of clues! CTOnews.com, January 5 (Xinhua)-- Asustek released a new BR1102 notebook for the education market, with an 11.6-inch flip screen and a 4-core N100 processor.

Asustek has not yet released the detailed specifications of the laptop screen, which is expected to be the same 11.6-inch 768p flip touch screen as the previous model, which supports stylus.

In terms of configuration, the laptop is equipped with Intel's newly released N100 all-small core processor, 8GB memory and 256GB storage space, built-in 50Wh battery, support for WiFi 6 and 4G LTE connections.

CTOnews.com learned that the Intel Pentium and Intel Cy Young brands have now been retired and have been replaced by Intel processor N-Series and Intel Core i3 N-Series processors, which are built for education, entry-level computing and Internet of things edge native applications. The N100 model has 4 cores and 4 threads, 32EU kernel display, Rui frequency 3.4GHz TDP 6W TDP.
