Ember launches a new temperature-controlled mug: supports Apple Find My and has a built-in speaker that gives you a cue tone.

CTOnews.com, January 6 (Xinhua)-- at the CES 2023 show, Ember, a maker of temperature-controlled mugs, said it plans to launch a new Travel Mug 2 + mug that supports Apple's Find My app in Q2 in 2023.

This new feature will enable users to track the location of Travel Mug 2 + in Find My apps, just like iPhone, iPad, AirPods or other devices. The new cup will also have a built-in speaker that can sound to help users find it when it is misplaced. The other features and price of the mug are the same as the existing Travel Mug 2, which sells for $199.95 (about 1376 yuan) in the United States.

CTOnews.com learned that Ember's temperature-controlled mugs are designed to keep users' coffee or other hot drinks at the desired temperature for up to three hours, or throughout the day if the mugs are placed on the included rechargeable coaster. The mug can be connected to the iPhone via Bluetooth and controlled by the Ember app, and the Travel Mug 2 has a built-in touch control that sets the preferred temperature between 48.9 and 65 degrees Celsius.

The new Travel Mug 2 + mug will eventually replace the existing Travel Mug 2.
