Tencent Arena of Valor's theft protection function is officially launched.

CTOnews.com, January 7, according to the official release of Tencent Games Security Center, Arena of Valor's theft protection function has been officially launched. The purpose of this online theft protection function is to help summoners protect game accounts and assets before and after account theft as much as possible, which is divided into active protection and passive protection.

[active protection] this function needs to be turned on by all summoners. If the summoner finds that there is an abnormal situation of account theft, he can immediately go to the official account of "Tencent Games Security Center" and select [self-Service]-[Security Mode] to open the Youan lock.

When enabled, you can prohibit the gift and request payment function of the relevant account, and protect the game voucher resources of the account from being maliciously transferred.

[passive protection] this function is passively triggered.

If the account is determined to have the risk of theft, it will be triggered automatically. When triggered, the gift and payment function of the relevant account will be restricted. The summoner can go to the official account of Tencent Games Security Center and select "self-Service"-"Security Mode". The restriction can be lifted through face verification.

Tencent said that if the account is stolen, it is recommended that the summoner turn on this function to avoid more serious losses due to the theft of the account.

CTOnews.com learned that if the summoner encounters the problem of account theft and sealing, he can also go to Tencent Games Security official account and select "self-Service"-"stolen Service" to provide Arena of Valor's stolen seal complaint service.
