Apple fitness app Fitness + adds Kickboxing sports and Beyonce music albums
CTOnews.com, January 8 (Xinhua)-- Apple recently announced that it will add a series of new content to its fitness app Fitness+, starting on January 9, including Kickboxing, a new sleep meditation program and seven new exercise programs, as well as a new album from Beyonc é, Renaissance.
Apple's Fitness+ app adds Kickboxing to full-body aerobics, which includes multiple sets of movements that require users to "go all out" in the final round. Users will not need other equipment and can choose to exercise for 10 minutes, 20 minutes and 30 minutes.
Three new coaches have also been added to Apple's Fitness+ app, including Thai boxer Nez Dally, HIIT trainer Brian Cochrane and strength trainer Jenn Lau.
From January 9, Fitness+ users will be able to perform seven exercises including cycling, dancing, HIIT, Pilates, strength, treadmill and yoga with Beyonce's music. Apple said Beyonce's latest "Fashion Revival" album can match these exercises and stimulate the enthusiasm of users.
CTOnews.com learned that Fitness + will also add exercises featuring Foo Fighters music on January 16, while Bad Bunny's soundtrack exercise will be launched on January 23 a week later.
