The news said that the new flagship is basically no different from the Galaxy S22 Ultra in appearance design, except for a slight increase in the thickness of the metal middle frame.

CTOnews.com learned that @ iIce Universe tweeted that Samsung increased the thickness of the Galaxy S23 Ultra's middle frame and moved down the volume button and power button. The three camera units on the left will be more convex and their size will increase, while the two camera units on the right will be less convex.

In a follow-up tweet,@i Ice Universe also said that the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a 2.2mm front and left border thickness, a 2.7mm forehead border thickness, a 3.6mm chin size and a 3.7mm screen hole diameter, similar to the Galaxy S22 Ultra overall.
