CTOnews.com February 4 news, TCL Central announced an increase in the price of single crystal silicon wafers, in which TCL Central 150 μ m thickness P-type 210,182 silicon wafers are quoted at 8.2 yuan and 6.22 yuan per wafer, respectively. It is 1.1 yuan and 0.82 yuan higher than the quotation on December 23, respectively. The price of 140 μ m thick N-type 210 and 182 silicon wafers is 8.52 yuan and 6.52 yuan per chip, respectively. The price of N-type 210 and 182 silicon wafers with 130 μ m thickness is 8.35 yuan and 6.39 yuan per chip, respectively.

At the end of November last year, TCL Central lowered the price of silicon wafers due to the influence of supply and demand, of which 150 μ m thick P-type 210,182 silicon wafers were quoted at 9.30 yuan and 7.05 yuan per chip, respectively.
