CTOnews.com, February 9 (Xinhua)-- Twitter launched a series of new measures today, including raising the limit for long tweets to 4000 characters, and today's adjustments temporarily paralyzed Twitter. Twitter also announced a paid Twitter API today and limited the number of free Twitter API tweets to 1500 per month.
