CTOnews.com, February 11, according to foreign technology media 9to5Google reports, Google is trying to integrate Bard AI chat robots in ChromeOS. Google plans to introduce an experimental feature called "session search" (Conversational Search) in ChromeOS to provide a chat interaction experience similar to ChatGPT.

The media believes that Google will invite users to test it through experimental Flag in the ChromeOS system in the future. The Flag information of the experiment is translated by CTOnews.com as follows:

Evaluate the feasibility of session search as part of the initiator search.

When ChromeOS enables this experimental Flag, it will discard the built-in search capabilities of the initiator (searching for files, applications, and networks) and instead provide a chat interface for Bard. Things are still in progress, so the design is likely to change before release.

Bard on Chromebook will appear as a separate page for the ChromeOS bubble launcher-- just like today's Google Assistant-- with scrollable conversation history and search bars.
