Thanks to CTOnews.com netizens Wu Yanzu and OC_Formula for the clue delivery! CTOnews.com February 11, LG Electronics announced the launch of a new cinema LED screen brand LG Miraclass. For cinema operators eager to show moviegoers new quality service and immersive viewing experiences, LG's latest LED screen series offers realistic images in natural colors and dark black.

"Miraclass" is a combination of Miracle and Class, which means incredible image quality and enhances the audience's sense of immersion. Thanks to its advanced LED technology, LG Miraclass displays help bring movies into life, improve the cinema viewing experience, and provide new value for venue owners and operators.

LG Miraclass currently includes four product lines, with different sizes (from 14 to 101m2) and screen resolution (4K / 2K) for customers to choose from. LDAA025-1 and LDAA012 models are 5 meters wide and are suitable for small-capacity cinemas. In recent years, small-capacity cinemas have become more and more popular with audiences. CTOnews.com learned that all Miraclass displays are compatible with Dolby's integrated media server IMS3000, which means that cinema owners can provide high-quality images and sounds to enhance the customer experience.

Using self-luminous LED pixels, each LG Miraclass model provides 24bit color processing and excellent contrast, making the screen image deep and dynamic. They also have strong, consistent brightness, no need for corner dimming, and produce clear, undistorted pictures. More importantly, LG Miraclass can display 68.7 billion color changes, so that the audience can experience the movie the creator wants to see.

Thanks to its intuitive software, LG Miraclass also provides simple management for cinema operators and promotes greater space efficiency by eliminating the need for projection rooms. In addition, the LG Miraclass's screen brightness is adjusted to five levels, ranging from 48 to 300 nits, suitable for a variety of scenarios-from playing 2D / 3D movies to providing content for company presentations or special ceremonies.

Although the LED movie screen is relatively new, LG LED displays can already be seen in several major cinema chains around the world, and more installations are under way in Asia, Europe and North America. In Spain, LG Miraclass screens were recently installed at the Odeon Multicines Theatre in Vilanova, and more screens will soon arrive at the Odeon Multicines Theatre in Madrid and Barcelona.
