CTOnews.com February 11 news, HMD Global India and Middle East and North Africa regional vice president Sanmeet Kochhar revealed that the Nokia X305G smartphone "will be launched in India soon", but did not specify a time frame. HMD also advocates recycled subscriptions, which are made of recycled materials to extend the life of the equipment and reduce e-waste when people upgrade.

The Nokia X30 metal frame is made of 100% recycled aluminum, while the back of the plastic is made of 65% recycled material. Even retail boxes are made of 70% recycled paper (all FSC certified). Of course, there is no charger in the box, making it smaller and easier to transport.

The Nokia X305G phone features a 6.43in AMOLED display, a FHD+ panel (20:9), an 90Hz refresh rate and a typical brightness of 450N (peak 700N). Covered with Corning gorilla glass Victus. The phone uses fingerprint recognition and facial unlocking functions under the display screen.

The rear camera also has Corning Gorilla Glass DX + protection. The 50MP main camera (1.57in, 1.0 μ m native pixel, 4 in 1 with OIS) and the 13MP ultra wide angle camera (123oc, 1x 3.06in) are used. The selfie camera uses a 16MP sensor (1.0 μ m native pixels, which also supports 4 in 1).

CTOnews.com learned that the Nokia X305G carries the Snapdragon 695 chip and uses 6nm technology. There are two configurations to choose from: 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB (UFS 2.2 storage). Built-in 4200mAh battery, charging power of 33W (USB-PD 3.0PPS). The battery is expected to maintain most of its capacity after 800 cycles. USB-C 2.0,5G (sub-6GHz) and dual nanoSIM (and available eSIM), Wi-Fi 6 (ax), Bluetooth 5.1, NFC and IR transmitters are supported. The body of the mobile phone is dustproof and waterproof IP67.

The Nokia X30 enjoys what HMD calls a "3-3-3 commitment"-three operating system updates, three-year security patches and a three-year extended warranty. The phone is pre-installed with Android 12 system, so it can be upgraded to Android 15.
