According to the Wall Street Journal, many users complained that Twitter malfunctioned during Rihanna's Super Bowl halftime show and that tweets could not be loaded. Some users said they received an error message saying "the tweet is not loaded now" and advised users to try again.

Reports of Twitter problems surged at 5:30 local time on February 12, but fell to near normal levels within half an hour, according to Downdetector, a failure-tracking website. Twitter didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.

It is worth mentioning that this is not the first time that Twitter has had a problem recently. CTOnews.com learned that during the Nintendo face-to-face meeting on February 9, Twitter suffered a massive glitch, with a large number of users saying they could not post messages, prompting them to send tweets beyond the daily limit.
