CTOnews.com, February 13, PFU Co., Ltd. is changing its image scanners from Fujitsu brand to Ricoh brand, covering product lines including fi series, SP series and ScanSnap series.

CTOnews.com learned that after the company's equity transfer was completed on September 1, 2022, PFU officially joined Ricoh Group. At the same time, the scanner business of the company's main business will be merged into the Ricoh brand from April 2023.

In principle, all scanner products under PFU will be changed to Ricoh brand. This change only affects the brand on the printed label and packaging logo of the fuselage, and the model name, specification and function will remain unchanged. The brand Logo and scanner product websites are also scheduled to change from April 2023.
