CTOnews.com, February 17, Stardock announced today that WindowBlinds 11 will be sold on Steam for $19.99 (currently about RMB 137). If the user buys a bundle with Start11, there will be a 15% discount for a limited time and the price will be $31.22 (currently about RMB214).
