The average utilization rate of hydropower, wind power and photovoltaic power in major river basins across the country is 98.7%, 96.8% and 98.3%, respectively.
The meeting stressed that since the situation analysis meeting in October 2022, the relevant units have actively promoted to solve the problems raised at the meeting, such as the regulation of supporting power grid delivery projects, and the batch connection of new energy into the grid, with remarkable results. At present, the large-scale development of renewable energy is also faced with insufficient consumption space in some areas, difficulties in ensuring factors such as land and sea, and problems such as "power grid and other projects" and "grid planning" in large-scale wind power photovoltaic bases. It is necessary to earnestly strengthen policy supply and industry services, promote the resolution of difficulties and problems reflected by various units, create a good environment for the development of the industry, and promote the transformation from quantity growth to quality growth. It is necessary to step up efforts to promote the construction of large-scale wind photovoltaic power generation bases, further strengthen monitoring and dispatching, and promote the integration of power sources and power sources, so as to ensure that the first batch of large-scale wind photovoltaic bases will be completed and put into operation on time.
