Xiaomi POCO X5 GT phone is certified by Singapore IMDA: it will use Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chip.
CTOnews.com, February 20, Xiaomi POCO recently launched the X5 series in India and Europe. The Indian market has only the X5 Pro, while the European market has more affordable X55G phones. Now information shows that Xiaomi POCO X5 GT new phone is already in the pipeline, is expected to be launched in a specific market soon, has passed the Singapore IMDA certification.
The IMDA list shows that the POCO X5 GT model is 23049PCD8G and will support 5G. The phone was recently found on the certification website of the Indian Bureau of Standards (BIS). The BIS list shows that the phone model is 23049PCD8I.
The IMEI website indicates that the phone may be a more famous Redmi Note 12 Turbo, which is expected to be launched in the Chinese market soon, and is expected to be equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 2 chip (CTOnews.com Note: the chip has not yet been released and will be based on TSMC process), as well as 67W fast charging. Other revelations include a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that supports 120Hz refresh rates, 5500mAh batteries and a front-facing 1600-megapixel camera. It is expected to have three rear cameras, including a 5000-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
