The obligations determined by the effective legal documents show that Rouyu Technology Company has reached a settlement agreement with Heli Advertising Company, agreeing to pay the contract arrears of more than 1.1 million yuan to the latter in two installments. If the payment obligation of any one installment is not fulfilled, the latter has the right to apply to the court for enforcement immediately. The case flow shows that in September last year, Rouyu Technology Company was executed for the first time, with the execution target of more than 1.21 million yuan.

Shenzhen Rouyu Technology Co., Ltd. was established in May 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 360 million. At present, the company has been executed accumulatively for more than 100 million yuan.

On April 13,2022, Liu Shuwei, director of China Enterprise Research Center of Central University of Finance and Economics, published the article "Saving Rouyu" on his personal Weixin Official Accounts, suggesting that governments at all levels actively help Rouyu Technology solve the shortage of funds and help Rouyu Technology introduce strategic investors, so as to explore the application market of flexible technology in China.
