CTOnews.com February 21 news, AMD's latest Ruilong 7000 desktop processor is equipped with 2CU RDNA2 architecture highlight kernel display, which was overclocked by an overseas blogger.

Blogger Skatterbencher uses AMD's newly released 12-core 65W TDP processor R9 7900, whose core is 2CU 2.2GHz. The blogger overclocked the core display to 3.1 GHz, improving the overall performance by 42%.

In detail, at its default frequency, this check can reach 1080p 58 fps in "CS: GO". By enabling EXPO memory overclocking, performance is improved by 12%. After GPU overclocking to 3.1GHz, the frame rate of "CS: GO" reaches 80fps.

In terms of power consumption, the core display temperature reaches 52.8 degrees Celsius after overclocking, and the power consumption of the chip is 60.6W. Without overclocking, the nuclear display temperature is 38.4 degrees Celsius and the power consumption is 38.5W.

Generally speaking, the 2CU of AMD Ruilong 7000 can deal with online games such as "CS:GO", and it is difficult to run 3A masterpieces such as Tomb Raider even if it is overclocked.

AMD has not yet launched the Ruilong 7000G series of processors that focus on high-performance kernel display, and there is no exact information flow out of the series of processors.
