At present, the main structure of the project has been capped, and construction of internal and external decoration, mechanical and electrical installation and cleaning works are under way. The overall progress of the project has been completed about 60%.
According to reports, Xiaomi plans to enter the first production line of the mobile phone factory at the end of June and begin installation and commissioning, and complete the installation and commissioning of the two mobile phone production lines by the end of the year. Xiaomi expects the second phase of the smart factory project to be completed and delivered by the end of 2023, and all mobile phone production lines are expected to be installed by July 2024.
According to the information previously released by Xiaomi, the project mainly includes three major functional sections: Xiaomi Intelligent Factory (M1 project), Xiaomi Future Industrial Park and Xiaomi Innovation and Research Center (M4 project). Positioning for the creation of intelligent terminal equipment research and development, testing, production, release, application, demonstration and other full coverage and multi-format integration of the intelligent industrial park.
