Ten Quan launches the new PCIe 5.0SSD: speed up to 12000MB/s

CTOnews.com February 24 news, Ten Quan Technology today released T-FORCE CARDEA Z540M.2 PCIe 5.0 solid state disk, using PCIe Gen5x4 interface, and support NVMe2.0 protocol, read and write speed up to 12000/10000MB/s.

According to officials, the T-FORCE CARDEA Z540M.2 PCIe 5.0solid-state drive is made of 100% recyclable graphene, and uses the crystal structure of its hexagonal honeycomb lattice to quickly and evenly spread the heat source horizontally. Official data show that the temperature of the SSD used with the graphene heat sink can be reduced by about 3-5 ℃ compared with the temperature of the motherboard heat sink alone.

The first wave of T-FORCE CARDEA Z540M.2 PCIe 5.0 solid state drives launched the 2TB capacity specification, which will be available worldwide from the second quarter of 2023.
