CTOnews.com, February 24, Blackmagic Design today released ATEM Microphone Converter, a new audio-analog-to-digital converter that allows you to add extra microphones to ATEM switchboard models such as the new ATEM Television Studio HD8.

The ATEM Microphone Converter device is equipped with a MADI interface, which can be connected by an ordinary BNC cable without any complex configuration. Well-designed features include-129dBv ultra-low noise substrate,-131dB (A) dynamic range, 0.002% low distortion, and full-channel uniform tolerance. The product is also equipped with HDMI monitoring output with scrolling waveform display.

The ATEM Microphone Converter will go on sale in the second quarter at a price of 3300 yuan for RMB.

ATEM Television Studio HD8 is a professional field production switchboard with built-in broadcast-grade control panel, which is capable of high-end production and highly portable. You can use it in small places without equipment racks or in broadcast vehicles.

Blackmagic Design today also launched the Blackmagic Studio Camera 6K Pro, a new and powerful studio camera with larger 6K sensors, improved colorimetry for finer content, commonly used EF lens bayonets and ND filters, and built-in live push function for $2495 (CTOnews.com Note: about RMB 17240 currently).
