CTOnews.com February 25, the Linux 6.3 kernel will support Baitang's Pro 2 wired handle. In Linux 6.3, the Basiitang Pro 2 wired handle is added to the XPad driver as a Xbox 360 compatible device type and the necessary vendor / product ID.

The Bazhitang Pro 2 cable handle is currently priced at 298 yuan in JD.com. It can support raspberry pie and "SteamOS" through regular HID drivers. However, the handle supports multiple handle modes, and there will be some problems when switching to X-Input mode.

Some users add support for Pro 2 wired handles by installing out-of-tree xboxdrv drivers or other out-of-tree patches. In Linux 6.3, support for the handle was added directly to the XPad input driver.
