CTOnews.com, February 26, according to the Russian satellite news agency, Yuri Borissov, president of the Russian National Aerospace Group, said today that the next spacewalk for Russian astronauts is scheduled from April to May 2023.

Borissov revealed that the Soyuz MS-23 spacecraft has completed a "soft docking" with the space station. According to the plan, the "Soyuz MS-22" spacecraft will return to Earth in the "Soyuz MS-23" spacecraft.

Earlier, the Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft sent three Russian and American astronauts to the International Space Station in September 2022. CTOnews.com has reported that the spacecraft experienced a coolant leak in December 2022.

Russian media pointed out that the Soyuz MS-22 spacecraft will not bring the crew back to Earth, but will bring back some experimental results and other equipment, including the battery of a Russian spacesuit that malfunctioned in August 2022.
