Improved focus accuracy of low contrast subjects during continuous shooting when [AF region mode] is selected as [wide area AF (S)], [wide area AF (L)], [wide area AF (C1)], [wide area AF (C2)], [3D tracking] or [automatic region AF].

Improved the number of frames per second during continuous shooting when using a separately purchased flash assembly.

The following issues have been resolved:

-in a few cases, playing [retouching] > [trimming] items in the "I" menu creates distorted copies or disallows the selection of desired trimming.

-copies created by mixing a large number of photos together by using the [retouch] > [brighten] items in the play "I" menu sometimes appear green.

-in some cases, rating a photo during zoom playback temporarily results in an abnormal display.

-in rare cases, the camera stops responding.
