(referred to as "Dongchuang Zilian") recently changed its industrial and commercial name to Dongfeng Automobile Nanotechnology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Dongfeng Nano").
Dongfeng Motor said that this renaming is a key node and a new starting point. Dongfeng Nano officially opened the road of independent brand operation as the second-level plate of Dongfeng Company, and will focus on the small pure electric racetrack. It has become the first car brand in China to focus on small pure electricity.

In terms of industrial layout, on February 2 this year, the new energy passenger car project with a total investment of 5.31 billion yuan was settled in Xiangyang, and the full life cycle models of its independent research and development S3 platform will be introduced in the follow-up. On February 13, another new energy passenger vehicle project was officially settled in Shiyan Economic Development District.
Among them, S3 platform is a new energy architecture platform independently developed by Dongfeng Company, which focuses on the pure electric car market. Dongfeng Motor says it has the leading advantages of high performance-to-price ratio, high range flexibility and high expansion of electronic architecture.
