OPPO releases Air Glass 2 smart glasses: Binocular design, optical waveguide lens reinforcement

This glasses uses the world's first resin diffractive optical waveguide lens developed by OPPO. It weighs only 38g and may be the lightest and thinnest binocular smart glasses in the world.

This pair of glasses adopts a brand-new binocular design. The glasses are extremely light as a whole, made of ultra-light magnesium-lithium alloy, and the temples are made of PA material. They will also be very comfortable to wear, similar to ordinary short-sighted glasses, so that smart glasses can truly become personal assistants integrated into smart life.

At the same time, OPPO Air Glass 2 smart glasses introduce a number of leading technologies independently designed and developed, including independent design of high-efficiency diffraction gratings, independent research and development of the world's first resin diffraction optical waveguide wafer, compared with the previous generation weight reduced by more than 60%.

At the same time, it also uses the Spark micro-optical machine, so it is 40% smaller in volume than the previous generation. Innovations in key components such as optical waveguide lenses and optical machines allow the glasses to display high-definition picture content while giving consideration to wearing comfort.

OPPO Air Glass 2 smart glasses can be customized in three styles: flat light, myopia and sunglasses. They can perform word/voice translation, navigation/reminder and voice-to-text functions. It can help deaf people communicate more efficiently in daily life. In short, OPPO Air Glass 2 is specially designed for hearing impaired users with voice-to-text function. The microphone on the body can collect the conversation content of the talker, convert it into text and project it into the glasses window.
