Paste As Plain Text: supports pasting multiple times like Ctrl+V (press and hold the modify key while pressing the activation key)

Set the default shortcut for paste as plain text to Ctrl+Win+Alt+V to avoid conflicts with the new Windows volume control shortcut.

Add PowerToys Run settings to disable file generation of thumbnails, thereby reducing crashes.
