According to Weibo blogger @ Digital chat site, one plus Ace 2V is the last new Tianji 9000 phone, followed by OPPO, vivo and Lenovo's flagship tablets. Then the more powerful Tianji 9200 + new machine is on its way.

CTOnews.com collates the relevant configuration parameters, MediaTek Tianji 9000 5G chip was released in December 2021, using TSMC 4nm advanced process, CPU using a new generation of Armv9 architecture, including a main frequency up to 3.05GHz Arm Cortex-X2 super-large core, 3 main frequency up to 2.85GHz Arm Cortex-A710 large core and 4 main frequency as 1.8GHz Arm Cortex-A510 energy efficiency core, built-in 14MB super-capacity cache combination. Equipped with Arm Mali-G710 's flagship 10-core GPU, support LPDDR5X memory, transfer rate up to 7500Mbps, support dual-channel UFS3.1 flash memory.

MediaTek Tianji 9200 flagship chip was released in November 2022, using TSMC second generation 4nm process, with 3.05GHz Cortex-X3 super large core, 3 2.85GHz A715 large core, 4 1.8GHz A510 small core, GPU is Immortalis-G715 MC11. The vivo X90 series mobile phones have been launched with Tianji 9200.
