It plays a basic supporting role in precision machining, construction engineering, aerospace, frontier science and other fields. The developed manufacturing countries give priority to the development of linear angle measurement as the basic link of the industrial chain. Germany and Japan have established the international leading circular indexing device industry by virtue of their linear angle reference devices, which effectively supports the high-end development of their manufacturing industry.
According to reports, the newly established linear angle reference device is in the range of 0 °~ 360 °, the measuring step is better than 0.005 ", the sampling rate is six orders of magnitude higher than the original level (that is, 1 million times), and can realize the cross-scale measurement ability of macro and micro angles. it is equivalent to being able to observe a hair in any direction 1 km away with a telescope. The International comparison of key parameters of Line Angle (APMP.L-K3), organized by the Bureau of International Metrology, continuously measures 20,000 positioning points within the prescribed measurement range, and its technical ability reaches the international first echelon level, and the international mutual recognition of this value is obtained for the first time.
The General Administration of Market Supervision pointed out that the newly-built line angle reference device has realized the reproduction of the whole circle continuous ultra-high resolution force value, solved the precision evaluation problem faced by the upgrading of China's circular indexing device industry to high-end, and realized the domestic replacement for the core devices of circular indexing measurement and control of high-end CNC machine tools, industrial robots, aerospace measurement and control equipment and precision scientific instruments, and provided the source of measurement with international advanced level. It provides an effective measurement technical support for the high-end and intelligence of China's manufacturing industry.
