In New York in 2044, the villain Langer colluded with alien evil forces to destroy the earth, and a large number of aliens invaded through mysterious portals, reducing the city to ashes. Although the ninja turtles fought stubbornly, they were defeated by the enemy and suffered heavy casualties. Holding the ninja's most powerful weapon-hope, the ninja turtles decided to go back to time and space, find the key to open the portal, stop Langer, and restore world peace. Leonardo's disciple Casey took on this mission, successfully contacting female journalist April O'Neill in the past, and joining Ninja Turtles Leonardo, Michelangelo, Raphael and Donatello to start the operation to save the world. "our future is our own decision," and the ninja turtles launched the ultimate challenge to Langer.
