AMD adrenaline-driven 23.3.2 release, supporting "biochemical Evil 4 remake"

At the same time, some fixes have been made to the driver:
Some AMD graphics cards may observe an application crash when they start the Mystery Sea: collection of Thieves' Legacy.
When some AMD graphics cards start "original God", you may observe the application crash.
Ruilong RX 7000 series GPU may be damaged when playing "Tour for two".
A Parsec client with an AMD decoder setting may observe a connection failure or a black screen.
Performance tuning stress tests may intermittently reduce GPU usage before the test is completed.
The performance metrics overlay layer may intermittently resize the display of some AMD video cards.
The performance metrics overlay layer may lack some units when enabled, or may be truncated after changing the display zoom settings.
There are still some problems:
High-altitude idle power is observed when using the selected high-resolution and high refresh rate display on the Ruilong RX 7000 series GPU.
Video stutters or performance degradation may be observed during the game.
The performance of some VR games or applications on the Ruilong RX 7000 Series GPU may be degraded.
When some AMD professional graphics cards are upgraded, videos played by hardware-accelerated browsers may appear blurred.
Some AMD video cards may experience temporary display damage when switching between video and game windows.
The mouse cursor may not be visible in Citrix Workspace.
