CTOnews.com March 24, Cisco announced in its latest blog post that Webex, an iPad video conferencing application, will support multi-window and front-stage scheduling capabilities to further improve users' collaboration experience and productivity.

Jeetu Patel, executive vice president and general manager of security and collaboration at Cisco, said that when users use Webex Meeting applications on iPad, they can use a variety of work applications such as Webex Meetings, notes, calendar, and email at the same time, making it easier for people to handle multiple tasks.

In the past, users had to use picture-in-picture on iPad and work across screens. Now users can chat on one screen and follow pop-up content side by side.

CTOnews.com learned from the official blog post that Webex Meetings now also adds support for pre-stage scheduling (Stage Manager). Webex users on iPad can keep their display organized to improve their attention at work.
