CTOnews.com, March 29 (Xinhua) in the early hours of this morning, a large number of netizens said that social software owned by Tencent, such as Wechat and QQ, was abnormal. A number of Wechat functions, including voice calls, account login, moments and payment, are not working properly, as are QQ file transfer, Qzone and QQ Mail.

The official Weibo of Tencent customer service said at 3:30 that due to a system failure, some users had anomalies in using WeChat Pay-related functions and were currently under emergency repair. The security of user funds will not be affected. After the fault is repaired, the use of related functions will return to normal.

However, CTOnews.com checked Tencent customer service Weibo again before posting and found that the response had been deleted.
