CTOnews.com, March 29 (Xinhua) Samsung Electronics announced that it has partnered with Major League Baseball's New York Mets to install the world's largest and brightest digital display screen at Citigroup Stadium in New York City, bringing the best visual experience for baseball fans in the new season.

The central area of Citi Stadium in New York City now has two giant screens, the largest being a 17400-square-foot LED screen and the smaller a 6900-square-foot LED screen. Samsung Electronics has installed more than 29800 square feet of new LED screens at the stadium since the fall of 2022. Since Samsung Electronics established a partnership with the New York Mets, the total number of pixels in the Citigroup Stadium has reached 40 million.

Baseball fans caught a glimpse of the new digital display at the Mets' Citi Stadium event on March 23. This new display will ensure that fans do not miss any moment of a wonderful game, no matter where they are on the pitch. Such a huge display screen can show the wonderful movements on the field with a clear 4K resolution, as well as scores and a variety of other information and statistics.

In addition to the events, digital displays also provide a variety of advertising opportunities for advertisers. The screen on the back is so high that it can even be seen from the highway, providing more advertising opportunities. This digital transformation shows how display technology can improve the overall experience of fans on the pitch while increasing their ability to earn more.
